  • We understand that some customers may not want to give up utilizing a stamp card to collect points. With the digital version of our loyalty program, customers can actually get discounts faster than with the stamp card version. As of launch, the store will no longer be able to provide customers with new stamp cards.

  • There are 2 easy ways to redeem:

    1. Ask a Cannabis Guide that you’d like to redeem points for a discount.

    2. Show a Cannabis Guide an offer you’d like to redeem on your phone while in the store.

  • Check out your Web Wallet or just ask a Cannabis Guide in store.

  • Definitely not! Any one of our Cannabis Guides can pull up an Insider’s account with a phone number or email.

  • Yes. Northern Insider points will expire after 365 days of inactivity, meaning no points have been earned or redeemed during that time period.

  • No, your points are exclusive to you and cannot be transferred.

  • Points are awarded for visits, not purchases.

Customers with no activity on their Northern Insiders Account, including but not limited to visits or transactions at our establishments, redemption of points, or updates to personal data, for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or 365 days, will deem their Account as inactive. Accounts classified as inactive shall be subject to termination, which includes removing all accumulated points and any other membership privileges, offers, and promotions previously provided.
