Terms & Conditions

  1. As a condition of you joining the Northern Insider loyalty program, you warrant that you are at least 19 years of age. The Company retains the right at our sole discretion to deny access to the Northern Insider program and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason.

  2. If you do not accept all of these Terms & Conditions, please do not participate in the Northern Insider loyalty program.

  3. As part of the Northern Insider loyalty program, you will be eligible to earn Rewards, such as discounts, upon each visit to a Northern Helm store, to the satisfaction of a Northern Helm staff member. Northern Helm reserves the right to deny any customer a reward if the customer does not bring their Insider card with them.

  4. It is not necessary to purchase any cannabis products to earn Rewards. Rewards are provided based on the number of visits to Northern Helm stores.

  5. If you accept these Terms & Conditions, you will be provided with a physical Northern Insider loyalty program card. Upon completion of their card, customers are encouraged to request a new card.

  6. After each visit to a Northern Helm store, a Northern Helm staff member will stamp your loyalty card to mark the visit as being completed. 

  7. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage of the card, nor will we compensate customers for loss, theft or damage of their physical cards.

  8. Some products may be excluded at our sole discretion at any time and without notice. Please speak to a Northern Helm staff member for more information.

  9. You may use the Northern Insider loyalty program card at any participating Northern Helm store. Northern Insider Rewards can only be redeemed at a Northern Helm store in person by a Northern Insider loyalty program member, not online. 

  10. Discounts cannot be combined, stacked or otherwise used together.

  11. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards. Items purchased with the discounts cannot be returned for full cash value or credit.

  12. We reserve the right to terminate or replace the loyalty program at our sole discretion at any time and without notice. 

  13. You may use the Northern Insider loyalty program for personal purposes. No business, commercial or other use can be applied.

  14. We may communicate with you digitally. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

  15. The Northern Insider Terms & Conditions contained on this site are subject to change. Northern Helm may make changes to the Terms & Conditions, or to the Initiatives described in them, at any time and without notice. If you received a physical copy of these Terms & Conditions, you understand and agree that we may make changes to the Terms & Conditions, or to the Initiatives described in them, at any time and without notice. Your continued access to and use of northernhelm.com/insiders after we amend the Terms & Conditions will mean that you agree with the Terms & Conditions as amended. We recommend that you periodically check northernhelm.com/insiders for amendments to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any changes that have been made, you must immediately stop using the Northern Insider program and all services.
